The non-competitive sports medical certificate is valid for one year and it’s required for those who engage in non-competitive sports activities such as gym workouts, swimming, dance schools, and sports activities in general.

For the issuance of the certificate, our doctor will perform a general check-up that includes the execution or review (if you already have a recent one) of the resting electrocardiogram (ECG).

In order to meet the needs of our patients, we are able to provide appointments for visits in different areas of the city:

• Novoli at Via di Villa Demidoff 49;
• South of Florence at Via Quintino Sella 62r;
• Stadium area at Via Valcareggi 31;
• Every day at different times from early morning till late afternoon at our office in the city center at PIAZZA DELL’UNITÀ ITALIANA 7.

In addition to this type of service, our staff also offers:

• Anamnestic Certificates necessary for certain job activities, for the renewal or issuance of various types of driver’s licenses, or for firearms licenses;
• Sick Leave Certificates for those who, in case of need and without a family doctor, require documentation of their sick leave status for work or school purposes.
